SASSA Will Take Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering companies for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency said it's alarmed with regards to the large quantity of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a higher number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no entirely functional office focused on service the area on a regular basis.
